Lancaster General Health
The existing kitchen and retail were relocated with the Emergency Department expansion project. We investigated the entire foodservice program to fully understand the facilities and operations in relation to patients, staff, and visitors. We worked with leadership to explore and fully develop proper relocation strategies. We discovered multiple options to alleviate pressure on the existing patient service lines created by the local community growth. Strategies to enhance retail experience and grow sales were implemented through technology and design flow operations in addition to stunning interior design.
