Resort-style living with lots of options
This senior living facility offers a resort-style living experience with over 9,550 homes and 252 condos. Residents can enjoy a full range of activities with cafes, restaurants, and quick grab-and-go options. Our goal was to enhance the quality of the food and beverage offerings and increase seating capacity. We also created an expanded indoor-outdoor bar area for additional service capacity, an outdoor patio extension with a BBQ area for casual socialization, and added golf cart parking spaces for convenience.
Casual clubhouse atmosphere
We created a separate casual clubhouse atmosphere by enclosing the present three-season patio with sound separation. This allows residents to enjoy a quiet and cozy atmosphere while having their meals. The new design offers an increased seating capacity and a more intimate dining experience.
A WOW factor along Sunrise Boulevard
We understand that first impressions are important, which is why we wanted to create another "WOW factor" when driving along Sunrise Blvd. We worked on expanding the outdoor patio area, adding a BBQ area for socialization and creating a more welcoming atmosphere for visitors. The new design is sure to impress and make a lasting impression.
