ProjectThe existing dining facility The Den at Capital One was out of date. Last renovated in the early 1990’s, the facility was very dark with low ceilings and not connected to the exterior glazing. In conjunction with a shell, a core architect and an interior design architect, we redesigned the entire space to include a new 2,000 sf building addition & provide a Market feel foodservice venue.
